Teens Creative Empowerment Workshop

Join us for this exciting and unique Teens Empowerment Event! 

This workshop is designed to help teenagers build confidence, set goals, and spark their true selves. 

Through creative and interactive activities and discussions, participants will learn valuable skills to navigate the challenges of adolescence and thrive in all areas of their lives. 

Together, we will delve into mindfulness strategies using movement, the breath and colourful mixed media approaches. We will create gratitude journals and build self awareness with reflection, discussion and goal development. 

This workshop will be facilitated by a Secondary Art and Wellbeing Teacher with a passion for the Arts and its therapeutic benefits for all people. 

Note well: This workshop is a two day event - 16th and 17th July from 1pm - 4pm. 

$90 covers both sessions. 

All materials and some snacks provided. 

Teens are encouraged to eat before they come and bring a water bottle.
